Its operation cost is low, and when the concentration of organic waste gas is above 450PPM, RTO device does not need to add auxiliary fuel; The purification rate is high, the two-bed RTO purification rate can reach more than 98%, and the three-bed RTO purification rate can reach more than 99%, and no secondary pollution such as NOX is produced; Fully automatic control and simple operation; And high safety.
Advantages: The operating cost is very low when treating organic waste gas with large flow and low concentration.
Disadvantages: high one-time investment, high combustion temperature, unsuitable for treating high-concentration organic waste gas, many moving parts and more maintenance work.
RTO concentration and waste heat recovery system can concentrate VOCs waste gas with low concentration and large air volume into waste gas with high concentration and small air volume, and then burn at high temperature, and recover the heat of heat storage body again, which can be used in waste gas preheating and heat conversion equipment.
