Product Description

1.Introduction

Diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) can greatly reduce the emissions of CO,HC,SOF (soluble organic matter), and also has a certain effect on NO removal. Because of the low exhaust temperature and high sulfur content of diesel exhaust, it is required that the catalyst has good low temperature catalytic performance and sulfur resistance, as well as high flux and low pressure drop. Ethylene glycol and citric acid as coating binders can effectively improve the uniformity and firmness of the coating. The best preparation conditions of the coating are as follows: ethylene glycol 8.33%, citric acid 16.67%,Ce0.8Zr0.2O2:AlOOH (pseudo-boehmite) =10:1, and solid content 42.50%. Under these conditions, the coating is tightly bonded with the carrier and has a high loading capacity. Secondly, the active components are investigated in this paper However, Pt coated with slurry is uniformly dispersed and has good catalytic activity. Through the investigation of Pt and Mo content on the surface of DOC catalyst, it is found that with the increase of Pt loading, the catalytic reaction curve of CO and CO,C3H6 gradually moves to the low temperature zone, and the removal rate of NO is also improved. Adding 1% Mo can obviously improve the activity of the catalyst, while 3% and 5% Mo doping can greatly improve the sulfur resistance of the catalyst.
